We begin our work in lower elevation areas where snow has melted and the roads are accessible. Additionally, performing road maintenance too early risks losing all the work completed if there is too much moisture presented later on, such as runoff or flooding.
Water Access: Some locations rely on drainage ditches that only flow in early spring. We prioritize these areas to ensure adequate water supply for road stabilization.
Systematic Approach by Location
Following consideration of elevation and water access, the next important factor is location. Due to the scale of equipment necessary for our operations, we move systematically by location as much as possible. However, please note that this is only a temporary solution and does not replace full maintenance.
